Digital Products Refunds
Since our products are digital downloads (e-books and recipe collections), refunds are handled in line with Paddle’s Buyer Terms:
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed.
Once the digital product is downloaded or accessed, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
You can contact us directly at contact@enarecipeslibrary.com with your order details.
Alternatively, you may contact Paddle Support (our authorized reseller) to handle your refund request.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
Change of mind after download.
Attempted or suspected abuse of the refund policy.
Unauthorized sharing or distribution of our digital products.
